The patented water-recycling-installation of Perndorfer cleans the water from floating parts and abrasive materials and leads the cleaned water into a surge tank and afterwards again to the high-pressure-pump. By this cycle-procedure and the low maintenance recycling-installation, an efficient utilization of the entire water jet cutting machine can be guaranteed.

The efficiency of the recycling-installation amounts about 95 % (loss of vaporization and return-flushes of the filter-system). Further increases the benefit of the installation by the use of wear-free filter-elements.

This system reduces the fresh water- and canal-costs, eases the installation-authorization and makes the use of water jet cutting machines  also possible in areas with inferior water-availability.

The water-recycling-installation is an expansion-product to the water jet cutting machines.

However, the system of the water-preparation is employable not only in connection with the water jet cutting machines, but becomes also e.g.  in sewage treatment plants started.

The procedure impresses through its simple functionality:

The overwater of the water jet cutting machine flows into the sedimentation tank, which causes the pacification of the floating parts and a coarse filtration of the sewage, before this reaches the water-recycling-installation.

In the water-recycling-installation, the water is cleaned by means of pressure of 2 bar in the stream-up-process. The cleaned water reaches into a tank and is passed on by means of house-waterworks with pressure of 6 bar to the high-pressure-pump. Now, the water can be reused for the water jet cutting machine.
