Pipe cutting
The accurate processing of pipes is achievable from 50mm to 3000mm in diameter. The length of the pipes
is adjustable by our lay-on system. Programming remains fast and efficient.

Pipes and vessels with diameters of 50 to 600mm can be cut from outside with that standard
2D (3 axis) machine with an integrated turn facility. One internal positioned "catcher" prevents damage to the internal wall surface.
Optional flushing systems enhance the removal of the cutting sludge. The broad usage ability of this system makes it to a perfect tool. The pipe/vessel cutting assembly is available as a separate unit independently without the working table.

The well proven 2D cutting table with the Gantry Cutting System combined with a boom type construction permits efficient use for special pipe cutting according to the customers requirement.
Large diameters pose no more obstacle at all.

For special requirement where the internal of the pipes should under no circumstances be damaged, a special cutting system has been designed:
The Cutting Head will be positioned internally into the pipe
and the jet cuts from inside to outside. With that system,
the water jet will not affect any internal or external surface.
Furthermore there will be almost no pollution to the immediate
surrounding within the working area
