The procedure impresses by its simple function:

The excess water of the water jet cutting plant flows into the deposition tank. The suspended particles come to rest here and the sewage is generally filtered before it enters the recycling system.

There, the water is cleaned in the upflow procedure with a pressure of 2 bar, is then put into the tank and is passed on to the high pressure pump by the building water works at 6 bar. Now the water is available again for the water jet cutting plant.
